The greatest things was the seaview and the excellent service I received in the young man working as a receptionist. I thank his name is Ramos.. He was very kind and understanding of my disability which has severely impacted my life. I got Multiple Sclerosis. He provided an exceptional high level of customer service: I felt as I had checked into five star hotel with a brilliant concierge who provided great tourist information of Las Palmas and Gran Canaria I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Everything was perfect the room was lovely and spacious with a fridge sink area and separate bathroom. Fantastic pressure shower and a bath to relax in - very good hot water. Lots of fluffy white towels provided and excellent cleaning service. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and booked taxis for me and happy to help or give me any information I needed. The location of the hotel was superb too. Perfect hotel.

You have the right people at the reception who are willing to help for every little thing. There were many little issues but it's not a problem as there is a constant effort to fix everything. SILVIA in particular was very sincere, courteous and very helpful. 5 star for her. Thanks to her and her colleagues, the stay was fine. The cleaning staff was also very courteous. 5 star for service.

The best thing is that the beach is nearby, a couple of minutes away. There are many places to drink coffee and have a delicious lunch. Pleasant staff.

We stayed here before - because it is very central to the beach walk. We booked the room with small kitchen, so we can do our own breakfast. You can find payed parking some 300m away - we payed 28€ for 3 days - where you can go in and out as you please. The beds are good - but the interior is simple and quite old

Everything. I have no negative issues with this hotel. It is clean, the staff are very accommodating and helpful at all times.

The rooms are large with windows from which you can see the sea. There are free toiletries and big TV.

Súper chill stay , no problems , no too much noise , u are literally in front of the beach !!

Has a little kitchen so you can make coffee in the morning. The hotel is right by the beach and the price is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
